Q. What do I need to bring with me?

A. A valid driver's licence is required to participate in the Jaguar Land Rover Urban Experience.

Q. Can I bring a guest?

A. Yes, you will be prompted to add your guest name and contact information when you register.

Q. How old do you need to be to participate in a test drive?

A. We require a minimum age of 23 to test drive a Jaguar or Land Rover vehicle.

Q. What should I wear?

A. Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes that will not hinder your driving.

Q. Where can I park?

A. Parking Lot 2A has been reserved as a designated parking area for this event.

Q. How long will my drive experience last?

A. Please allow for a minimum of 2 hours overall for your experience.

Q. What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?

A. Please use your confirmation code provided to you via email to make any changes to your reservation or to cancel entirely if necessary. Or, you can contact the Jaguar Land Rover Event Concierge team at 1-877-214-2550 for assistance.

Q. What should I do if there is bad weather?

A. The test drives will take place rain or shine.
